Steel Structure Shelving Rack (Storage Rack)

4 shelf levels (tiers)

W1800 x D1200 x H3000 mm

• Load capacity of EACH shelf level: min. 500 kg (evenly distributed load).

• Total load capacity of the rack: min. 2000 kg.

• Vertical uprights (posts): 80x40x3 mm; horizontal load beams: 50x30x2 mm; additional shelf support profiles under each shelf: 40x20x2 mm.

GENERAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (apply to all items above)

1. Load-bearing frame: made of high-strength steel profile. Shelf panels: made of steel sheet.

2. The structure must be knock-down (KD) type, assembled with bolts or special connectors. Anchor fixing points must be provided so the rack can be fixed to the floor.

3. The vertical uprights must have multi-level mounting holes for the shelves. Shelf height must be adjustable in steps (pitch) of max. 50 mm. Each shelf must be removable and re-installable at another level without any extra tools or structural modification, so that the clear distance between shelves can be increased or decreased according to the size of the goods stored.

4. Surface finish: all metal parts must be electrostatic powder coated for corrosion protection. Colour: RAL 7035 (light grey).

5. The product must be delivered complete with all necessary accessories. All fixing elements (bolts, screws, connectors, etc.) must be included in the package. Suitable mounting parts for fixing the rack to the floor or to the wall must be supplied.

6. Warranty period: min. 12 months.
